I thmotivation in the workplacek Wall Mart has a problem. The jobs that the women have been paid less for were ones that easily could be done by either a man or a woman. Unless they can show records that support the individual manager's decisions on pay between the two sexes (job reviews, etc.), they may be ding'd for not creating an environment that ensures balanced compensation.
